What does TrackMyAligners do?
It helps you follow your clear aligner treatment:
- Track daily wear time against your goal
- Know which aligner you’re on and when to switch
- See your days on a calendar, with daily, weekly, and monthly statistics
- Log pain and take progress photos
- Get reminders to put your aligners back in and to change trays
Which aligner brands does it work with?
Any of them, including Invisalign, ClearCorrect, Spark, and others. You enter your number of trays and how many days you wear each one.
Do I need to create an account?
No. The app creates an anonymous account automatically, with no name, email, or password. If you want to back up your data, you can sign in with Apple later from Settings.
Which languages are available?
English, Turkish, German, Spanish, Italian, and Arabic. You can change the language in Settings.
Is this a medical app?
No. TrackMyAligners is not a medical device and does not provide medical or orthodontic advice. Always follow your orthodontist’s instructions.
Tracking
I forgot to tap when I took my aligners out. Can I fix it?
Yes. Open the Today’s Sessions card on the Home screen to add or edit a session by hand. Your daily total updates right away.
I changed trays early or late. What should I do?
Record the change on the Aligner tab. The dates for your upcoming aligners are recalculated from the day you actually switched.
I’m not getting reminders.
Check that notifications are on for TrackMyAligners in iOS Settings › Notifications, then choose which reminders you want in the app’s Settings. Focus modes can also silence reminders.
How do I start over with a new treatment?
Use Settings › Restart Setup. This clears your treatment data and cloud backup and takes you through setup again. Your account and subscription are kept.
Backup & photos
How do I back up my data or move to a new iPhone?
Two options:
- Sign in with Apple in Settings. Your treatment data is backed up automatically and comes back when you sign in on a new device.
- Export Backup in Settings › Data & Backup saves a file you can keep anywhere. Load it later with Restore from Backup.
Where are my progress photos stored?
On your iPhone. Photos are kept in the app and also saved to an album called “TrackMyAligners” in your Photos app. The app never uploads photo images, so they aren’t part of the cloud backup. The album copies stay in your Photos library.
Subscription
What’s free and what’s in Pro?
Free includes the wear timer, tray schedule, reminders, calendar, daily statistics, pain log, and 3 progress photos per aligner. The free plan shows ads.
Pro adds weekly and monthly insights, per-aligner performance, and unlimited daily photos, and removes ads.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › TrackMyAligners and tap Cancel. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
I paid but Pro isn’t unlocked.
Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases, using the same Apple ID you bought with. If it still doesn’t work, email us.
How do I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy & account
What data leaves my phone?
- A small account record (a random user ID and technical fields, no name or email)
- Cloud backup, only if you sign in with Apple
- Analytics and crash reports, only if you agree
- Ads on the free plan: non-personalized ads from Google AdMob
We don’t sell your data, ask for tracking permission, or use your device’s advertising ID. The privacy policy has the details.
How do I turn off analytics?
Turn off Share analytics in Settings. You can change it anytime.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings › Delete Account. This permanently deletes your cloud backup and account, revokes Sign in with Apple, and clears the app’s data on your device.
Photos saved to your Photos app are not removed, and your subscription is not cancelled. If you can’t open the app, email us and we’ll help.
