Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TrackMyAligners ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information the app handles and the choices you have.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under 18, please use the app with a parent's or guardian's permission.
Use of the App
TrackMyAligners is a personal tracking tool designed to help you monitor your clear aligner treatment. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the accuracy of any data you enter into the app
- Keeping your device and your Apple ID secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
Your Account
When you first open the app, an anonymous account is created automatically so the app can work without an email or password. You can optionally sign in with Apple to back up your data.
You can delete your account at any time in the app's Settings. Deleting your account removes your cloud backup and account record, and clears the app's data on your device. It does not cancel a subscription.

Always consult your dental or orthodontic professional regarding your treatment plan and follow their instructions.
Free Plan and Advertising
The core features of the app are free. The free plan shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers do not see ads.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of TrackMyAligners require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store according to the plan you select
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions
- Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
- Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the app's functionality or security
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of TrackMyAligners, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of TrackMyAligners and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Aligner brand names mentioned in the app or on this website belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrackMyAligners and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting your account in Settings or deleting the app from your device. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
