By downloading, installing, or using TrackMyAligners ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

TrackMyAligners is a personal tracking tool designed to help you monitor your clear aligner wear time. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the accuracy of any data you enter into the app
• Keeping your device and account credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

Medical Disclaimer

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of TrackMyAligners may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store according to the plan you select
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the app's functionality or security

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TrackMyAligners, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of TrackMyAligners and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrackMyAligners and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
