End User License Agreement

Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and TrackMyAligners ("we," "our," or "the developer") for the use of the TrackMyAligners mobile application ("the app").

By installing or using the app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any portion of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the app to any third party
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the app
• Use the app for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this EULA

Intellectual Property

The app and all associated content, including but not limited to code, graphics, user interface, images, and trademarks, are owned by TrackMyAligners and are protected by intellectual property laws.

This EULA does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or service marks.

Medical Disclaimer

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TrackMyAligners or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury arising out of your use or inability to use the app.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete all copies from your devices.

Apple App Store Terms

This EULA is supplemental to and does not override the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this EULA and the App Store Terms of Service, the App Store Terms shall prevail.

You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app.

Changes to This EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
