Made for aligners without their own app
Not every aligner system gives patients an app, and aligners you design and print in your own office never come with one. Those patients are left with a paper schedule and a guess at how many hours they wore their trays.
TrackMyAligners fills that gap. It doesn’t need a brand, a lab or a case number: the patient enters how many aligners they have and how many days each one is worn, and the app builds the schedule. If you tell them to switch early or late, the schedule follows.

What it can mean for your practice
Most patients don’t know how many hours a day they really wear their aligners. The app makes that number visible to them, every day.
At an appointment, a patient can open the calendar and show you their wear history instead of guessing. We don’t promise better outcomes; we make wear time easy to see.
What it is not
- Not a medical device. It does not diagnose, predict results or comment on tooth movement.
- Not a replacement for your instructions. Where a patient might need guidance, the app points them back to their orthodontist.
- Not a clinic dashboard. There is no doctor login and no way for a practice to monitor patients remotely.
- Not on Android yet. It is available for iPhone only.
Privacy
Treatment data is stored on the patient’s iPhone.
- No sign-up is needed. The app creates an anonymous account with no name, email or password.
- Cloud backup happens only if the patient chooses to sign in with Apple.
- Analytics and crash reports are sent only if the patient agrees, and can be switched off.
- Progress photo images are never uploaded.
- Patients can delete their account and data from the app’s Settings.
Cost
The app is free. The timer, tray schedule, reminders, calendar, daily statistics and pain log are all in the free plan, which shows non-personalized ads. An optional Pro subscription adds weekly and monthly analysis and removes ads. Your practice pays nothing either way.
How to recommend it
The simplest way is a small card with a QR code at the reception desk or in the box with the first aligners. We send print-ready cards free of charge, in the language your patients speak.
